Hilton has confirmed that award-winning chefs Clare Smyth and Daniel Boulud will helm two signature restaurants at the long-awaited Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch, set to open in 2026. The Grade I listed building, located at the end of The Mall across from Trafalgar Square, has been in development since 2012 and became part of Hilton’s Waldorf Astoria brand in 2017.

Acquired by Reuben Brothers in 2022, the luxury hotel will feature approximately 100 rooms and suites, spa facilities, a rooftop terrace on the sixth floor, and an outdoor seating area overlooking St James’ Park. The announcement comes as Hilton prepares to reopen Waldorf Astoria New York this spring, following a renovation that reduced its room count from 1,400 to 375 while converting the remaining space into condominiums.

Guillaume Marly, general manager of Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch, stated that the addition of Smyth and Boulud will make the hotel a premier dining destination in London. More details on the chef partnerships are expected in the coming months.
