Luxury fashion house Versace has unveiled its latest Biggie eyewear campaign, starring Grammy-nominated singer Sabrina Carpenter and French NBA rising star Alexandre Sarr of the Washington Wizards. The Biggie sunglasses, inspired by the late rapper Notorious B.I.G., continue to merge street style and high fashion with their iconic gold Medusa medallion and logo details.

Donatella Versace, the brand’s chief creative officer, praised the campaign stars, stating, “From Notorious B.I.G. to today’s extraordinary talent, the Biggie community are rebels, groundbreakers, and champions of the true Versace spirit.”

Carpenter, known for her chart-topping hits and Netflix’s holiday film A Nonsense Christmas, shared her excitement: “Biggie sunglasses are my go-to accessory,” she said. “They represent more than fashion; they embody a vibrant community.” Recently, she showcased Versace’s designs at the 2024 Time 100 Next Gala, wearing a shimmering silver gown.

Sarr, appointed a Versace ambassador in June, described the versatility of the Biggie glasses: “I’ve seen them everywhere,” he said, “from NBA teammates to kids playing basketball.” Known for his dynamic style, Sarr wore a gem-studded Versace suit during the 78th NBA Draft, cementing his status as a fashion-forward athlete.
