Van Cleef & Arpels has unveiled its Treasure Island high jewelry collection, inspired by Robert Louis Stevenson’s 1883 novel. The collection, consisting of over 80 meticulously crafted pieces, transforms literary adventure into exquisite jewelry. Chosen for its historical connection to seafarers and pirates, Miami served as the launch site, reinforcing the collection’s maritime theme.

Known for its exceptional gemstones, Van Cleef & Arpels continues its legacy of storytelling through high jewelry. The collection explores the maison’s historic fascination with nature, the sea, and far-off lands, blending intricate craftsmanship with literary inspiration. Many designs draw from sailor’s knots, oceanic blues, and exotic flora, evoking a sense of discovery and elegance.
CEO Catherine Rénier, who assumed her role months before the launch, emphasized the significance of Treasure Island in the maison’s evolution. The collection pays tribute to travel and adventure, incorporating techniques such as the signature Mystery Set to create intricate designs. The unveiling took place at Miami’s historic Vizcaya Museum, where a gala transformed the venue into a theatrical pirate’s haven, celebrating the maison’s bold creative vision.
