After initially listing his Hill Country property in late 2021, former NBA star Tony Parker is once again looking to sell the expansive real estate he’s owned for nearly two decades. The revised asking price stands at $16.5 million, down from the original $19.5 million. Located in Boerne, just outside San Antonio, the estate is now represented by Erwin Nicholas II of Mr. Real Estate. This time, the sales strategy includes a high-profile digital campaign with Twitch personality Kai Cenat and his AMP crew hosting a 30-day livestream in July.
Livestream Promotion Highlights the Property’s Attractions
The marketing campaign blends entertainment and real estate, bringing millions of viewers inside the 53-acre estate. A temporary Nando’s restaurant pop-up was set up during the stream, while the estate’s signature features took center stage. Among them are a massive 6,000-square-foot gym, a basketball half-court, an arcade, and a theater with a wet bar. Visitors were also shown the wine cellar, barber studio, fingerprint-access trophy room, and a residential waterpark that rivals most resorts in scale and design.
Custom Home Offers Size and Privacy

The estate sits within the gated Anaqua Springs Ranch community and was custom-built on land Parker acquired in 2005. Completed in 2009, the property includes a main residence, a guesthouse, and a detached gym, totaling 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms across 21,200 square feet. With a Jurassic Park-inspired rear entrance and double gated access with a guardhouse, the estate emphasizes both scale and seclusion. Parker previously lived there during his marriage to actress Eva Longoria.
Interior Design Marries Luxury and Function
Inside the main mansion, guests are greeted by a sweeping iron staircase and an elevator that connects two levels of living space. The grand living room features soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a stone fireplace. A formal dining room accommodates 16, while a family room leads into a spacious kitchen fitted with premium appliances and a central island. The primary suite includes a sitting area, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with marble and travertine finishes.
Outdoor Amenities Provide a Resort-Style Experience
Beyond the indoor amenities, the estate’s outdoor spaces are designed for recreation and relaxation. The grounds include tennis and sand volleyball courts, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, and a greenhouse. There’s also a tortoise habitat, an orchard, and an herb garden. But the crown jewel remains the private waterpark, which offers eight pools, a mountain feature, multiple slides, three hot tubs, a lazy river, and a dramatic 35-foot-high jumping ledge.
A Legacy of Success on and off the Court
Over his 18-year NBA career, Parker earned close to $170 million before retiring in 2019. The four-time champion and six-time All-Star currently resides in France, where he owns and operates a vineyard on a historic property in the Rhône Valley. While he’s transitioned into international ventures, this Texas estate stands as a testament to his time in the U.S., blending luxury, personal style, and the kind of amenities rarely seen in residential real estate.
