Tesla has quietly launched the updated 2025 Model Y Juniper, debuting the refreshed EV on its Chinese consumer site. The latest version brings notable design enhancements, improved technology, and a focus on comfort and performance.

The exterior introduces split headlights, a full-length LED light bar reminiscent of the Cybertruck, and a redesigned nose with slim side intakes inspired by the Model 3 Highland. The back features a darkened full-width light strip described as Tesla’s first “indirect reflective body panel taillight.” Slightly longer than its predecessor, the Model Y Juniper offers new 20-inch Helix 2.0 wheels and an option for 19-inch Crossflow wheels in select markets. Available colors now include “Glacier Blue” and “Deep Blue.”

Inside, Tesla maintains its minimalist design but upgrades functionality with a larger 15.4-inch infotainment display and an 8-inch touchscreen for rear passengers. Redesigned seats now feature ventilation, while new acoustic glass, noise-optimized tires, and retuned suspension enhance the driving experience. Ambient lighting, vegan suede inserts, and a revamped audio system add luxury touches to the interior.

While performance details remain under wraps, Tesla hints at improved motor output and faster trims. The Model Y Juniper starts at $39,300 USD, depending on the market. This update solidifies Tesla’s focus on blending futuristic design with enhanced technology and comfort.
