Sephora has revealed the eight BIPOC-founded brands selected for its 2025 Accelerate program, celebrating the initiative’s 10th year. Spanning skincare, haircare, makeup, and fragrance, the program continues to support emerging talent with mentorship, merchandising assistance, and access to investor networks.

Global Chief Merchandising Officer Priya Venkatesh praised the program’s impact, stating, “We are delighted to celebrate these finalists and their potential to shape the future of beauty.” Since focusing on BIPOC founders in 2021, 33 brands have graduated, with over half now available at Sephora stores.
