Robert De Niro is expanding his hospitality ventures with the opening of Nobu Beach Inn, a luxury retreat in Barbuda. Scheduled to open later this year, the inn is located on the former K Club site, a spot once frequented by Princess Diana. The property will feature 17 bungalows offering 36 bedrooms starting at $2,500 per night, alongside 25 privately owned beachfront villas priced at $12 million or more, each equipped with private pools and dedicated staff.

An on-site Nobu restaurant, which opened in 2020, will cater to both hotel guests and day-trippers, adding to the allure of this exclusive getaway. De Niro co-founded Nobu Hospitality in 1994 with chef Nobu Matsuhisa and producer Meir Teper, building a global empire of 56 restaurants, 42 hotels, and 12 residential developments.

Nobu Beach Inn is the only property in which De Niro has direct ownership, managed through Paradise Found Barbuda LLC, in collaboration with Australian billionaire James Parker and hotelier Daniel Shamoon. Spanning 392 acres with a 99-year lease, the inn marks a significant addition to Barbuda’s luxury tourism landscape. De Niro reflected on the project, telling The New York Times, “I always thought it was something special.” Soon, guests will have the opportunity to experience its exclusivity firsthand.
