Swiss luxury conglomerate Richemont has announced significant leadership changes for two iconic watchmaking brands, Jaeger-LeCoultre and Vacheron Constantin, effective January 1, 2025. These appointments follow earlier reshuffles within the group, including Nicolas Bos’s promotion to CEO of Richemont and Catherine Renier’s move to lead Van Cleef & Arpels.

Laurent Perves, a seasoned leader with deep ties to Vacheron Constantin as its former Chief Marketing and Commercial Officer, has been named CEO. His appointment ensures continuity as the brand approaches its 270th anniversary in 2025. Meanwhile, Jérôme Lambert returns as CEO of Jaeger-LeCoultre, a role he held from 2002 to 2013, before serving as Montblanc CEO and later as Richemont Group’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer.

Lambert’s return is seen as a promising development, given his previous success in driving innovation and dynamism at Jaeger-LeCoultre. Together, these leadership changes underscore Richemont’s commitment to bolstering its luxury watchmaking division with experienced and visionary executives.
