Puig has announced an extended partnership with Charlotte Tilbury, aiming for full ownership of Charlotte Tilbury Limited by early 2031. Until then, the British makeup artist will retain a minority stake and continue shaping the brand’s growth in cosmetics and skincare.

Charlotte Tilbury, who grew up between London and Ibiza, discovered the transformative power of makeup in her teens, setting the foundation for her future career. She became a sought-after artist, working with celebrities like Kate Moss and creating looks for top magazines and brands. In 2013, she launched her namesake beauty line, blending innovative products with strong social media strategies and celebrity endorsements. Over the past year, Tilbury collaborated with stars like Celine Dion and Cynthia Erivo, launched the Exagger-Eyes Volume Mascara, and partnered with Formula One. A London Skin Spa concept is set to debut in January.

Since joining forces with Puig in 2020, the brand has tripled its revenues, propelling Puig to become a leading player in the beauty industry. By the third quarter of 2024, Puig’s makeup division reported €535 million in revenue, a 1.4% increase year-over-year, with Tilbury’s line playing a key role.

Both sides express optimism about the future. Marc Puig, Chairman and CEO of Puig, emphasized the strong collaboration, calling Charlotte Tilbury “an outstanding brand” poised for further growth. Tilbury herself highlighted the partnership’s potential, expressing confidence in continued innovation and the brand’s leadership in beauty.
