Now that Lizzo has comfortably settled into the upgraded midcentury home she purchased from Jeremy Renner for $12.4 million last November, the Grammy-winning artist is once again attempting to sell her Beverly Hills property. After originally listing the home six months ago for $16 million without any takers, the residence has returned to market with a revised asking price of $14 million. The listing is held by James Harris and David Parnes of Carolwood Estates, who reintroduced the property.

The Detroit native acquired the striking wood-and-stone home from Warner Brothers co-chairman Aaron Bay-Schuck in 2022 for $15 million, positioning her for a potential $1 million loss. Previously, the property had been owned by Harry Styles from 2014 to 2016, before it was torn down and rebuilt by Simo Design and Fischer Construction. Bay-Schuck picked it up in 2019 for $11 million prior to Lizzo’s purchase.

Privately tucked behind gates in the Oak Pass Road enclave—a neighborhood frequented by stars like Lisa Vanderpump, Demi Moore, and Jessica Alba—the contemporary hideaway delivers nearly 5,500 square feet of L-shaped living space spread across two levels. At the heart of the design is a breezy open-air atrium, flanked by soaring walls of glass that frame scenic canyon and hillside views.

Beyond its striking architecture, the home includes three bedrooms and five bathrooms, with a lineup of luxury amenities such as a movie theater, a recording studio that doubles as an office, a gym, and a wellness retreat. The entertaining spaces are equally considered, with a formal dining room adjoining a spacious living area that features a double-sided fireplace connecting to the kitchen. That kitchen is a standout on its own, offering oil-finished black walnut cabinetry, Cielo quartzite countertops, an eat-in island, and high-end Wolf appliances. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors lead to a covered outdoor lounge that blurs the line between indoor and outdoor living.

The primary suite, nearly 1,000 square feet, is perched above the surrounding oak-filled landscape and centers around a floating soapstone fireplace and an eye-catching concrete soaking tub. The third-acre lot also hosts multiple decks crafted from Ipe wood, a fire pit conversation zone, and a dramatic 58-foot zero-edge pool with an integrated spa—all framed by natural greenery and hillside contours.
