Justin Bieber and his wife Hailey Bieber quietly purchased a $16.6 million estate in The Madison Club, a highly exclusive community in California’s Coachella Valley, home to numerous celebrities. Though the sale closed last year, it only recently came to light. Their neighbors include Kris Jenner next door, and Kylie Jenner just two houses down, along with residents like Adele, Tim Cook, and Phil Knight.

The house was last sold in 2019 for $6.3 million to Beverly Hills investor Alon Abady, who extensively renovated it before flipping it to Bieber for more than double. Though it never hit the public market, aerial views show a striking modern transformation, including a full-length infinity pool, sports court, AstroTurf lawn, backyard fire pit, guesthouse, and parking for over a dozen cars.

Tax records show the single-story home spans nearly 10,000 square feet with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms on a gated 1.02-acre lot, accessed via a driveway lined with Italian cypresses. Residents pay $1,652 a month in HOA fees for access to high-end amenities including a Tom Fazio-designed golf course, five-star dining, and spa services.

Bieber still owns a $25.8 million Beverly Park mansion in the mountains above Los Angeles. The 30-year-old pop star, who sold the rights to his pre-2022 music for $200 million last year, now splits time between his Los Angeles estate and his private desert retreat.
