After more than a decade of ownership, Julianne Hough is listing her Hollywood Hills home in Los Angeles for nearly $8 million. The Dancing With the Stars co-host and two-time Mirrorball champion originally bought the 1930s property in 2014 for just under $2 million, later transforming it with architect Steve Wunderlich and designer Jake Arnold.

The Cape Cod–style home offers three bedrooms and four bathrooms across 3,000 square feet, featuring rich hardwood floors, high ceilings, plaster walls, arched doorways, organic stone accents, and custom millwork. Set behind gates on a half-acre ridge, it overlooks the Hollywood Sign and Griffith Observatory.

Inside, a step-down living room centers around a sculptural brick fireplace, while the dining room flows into a gourmet kitchen outfitted with blue-green cabinetry, a Calacatta Viola marble island, a Lacanche range, and a sliding library ladder. Additional highlights include a gray-toned screening room, an office, a mirrored gym, and a primary suite with a private balcony and a spa-like bath.

The grounds designed by Trilling Landscape offer multiple alfresco entertaining areas, a pool and spa, a built-in barbecue, a pizza oven, a bocce court, and a two-car garage with a motor court.

Hough, 36, previously listed the home for rent at $40,000 per month in 2022. A longtime Dancing With the Stars fixture alongside her brother Derek, she shifted to co-hosting duties in 2023 after serving as a judge. Outside of the show, she has built a career as a country singer and actress.
