Herman Miller Gaming partnered with Brooklyn art studio Faile to create 12 custom “art object” versions of its Embody Gaming Chairs. These chairs feature bold, pop-art graphics inspired by Faile’s Deluxx Fluxx installation, with designs including vibrant characters and neon shades. The frames and backs of the chairs are colored in bright hues, showcasing the gaming chair as both a design and art piece.

Herman Miller Gaming revealed a new partnership with Brooklyn-based artist studio Faile.

Along with the chairs, the Faile and Deluxx Fluxx for Herman Miller Gaming collection includes 100 hand-carved wooden Joystick sculptures and three prints that celebrate gaming and arcade culture. The chairs will be displayed at a New York exhibition and later placed in Herman Miller’s archives for future inspiration. Faile’s founders, Patrick McNeil and Patrick Miller, said they aimed to infuse the gaming chairs with the color and fantasy of gaming culture.
