Henrik Fisker is once again looking to offload his dramatic Hollywood Hills mansion, this time with a price cut to $29 million after a campaign in late 2024 to sell it at almost $34 million didn’t yield a buyer. The luxury estate, located in the Bird Streets just above Sunset Strip, was originally completed in 2015 by former owner of the San Jose Sharks Stratton Sclavos. In 2020, it went into foreclosure, and the following year, Fisker and his wife Geeta Gupta purchased the property for approximately $21.8 million.

Now they are relisting the estate in 2024, with the current listing held by Barron and Tessa Hilton. The couple left their Hilton brokerage and joined Compass.

Fisker’s Backstory

Fisker, 62, made his mark designing luxury cars like the BMW Z8 and Aston Martin DB9. He founded Fisker Automotive in 2007, but it was a failure, and later founded Fisker Inc., the Ocean SUV was delivered to buyers in 2023. The desperate market for ev’s and the company declared bankruptcy in 2024.

Now in bankruptcy, the repositioning of this well-known home may indicate a move to restructure or liquidate assets. The slightly lower ask, now the price may be a more reasonable ask in today’s market – but what the right buyer is, we shall see.
