Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor in Spain has opened its doors for its inaugural season, offering guests a luxurious stay on a 100-acre estate that includes a working vineyard. The resort features 110 guestrooms and suites, many with sea-facing terraces and some with private plunge pools. Dining options include Mediterranean cuisine at Mel, poolside fare at Quiosc, and beachside drinks and snacks at Xiringuito, all overseen by Executive Chef Francesco Mannelli. Guests can enjoy a variety of activities, from fitness and tennis to beach relaxation, with more amenities like a full-service spa and Nikkei-style dining at Shima debuting in 2025.

The resort’s concierge team has curated a range of experiences for adventurers, including guided hikes, water sports, and visits to local markets. Guests can explore the island with luxury vehicles or join a guided excursion, such as waterskiing or biking through scenic trails. The resort also embraces the Japanese art of Shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, in its coastal woodland setting, and offers oil painting workshops with local artists.

For its grand opening, Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor is offering special packages until October 31, 2024. The resort will close for the winter and reopen in March 2025 for its second season. Guests can also enjoy a picturesque arrival experience, with limousine service from the airport to Port de Pollensa, followed by a scenic boat ride to the resort’s private pier.
