Elie Saab and Swiss architectural studio A++ Group are set to open the Post Hotel & Residences by Elie Saab in Andermatt, Switzerland, in 2027. The project marks the Lebanese fashion brand’s debut in hospitality, transforming the historic Hotel 3 Könige Und Post, which dates back to 1788, into a luxurious retreat.

The development will feature 21 design hotel rooms and 19 upscale residences over a 48,437-square-foot area. The €65 million investment aims for an estimated €140 million return. The design, managed by A++ Group, will preserve the original chalet-like charm while introducing modern aesthetics. Interiors will incorporate natural woods, light-filled spaces, and plush fabrics, complemented by Elie Saab Maison furnishings.

Amenities include two restaurants, a wellness spa, an indoor pool, ski simulator, yoga area, fitness center, kids’ club, and a concierge service. The property also offers a ski and bike lounge and an exclusive club, blending Andermatt’s alpine heritage with contemporary luxury.

Elie Saab Jr. highlighted the brand’s success in global real estate projects and hinted at future hospitality ventures in destinations like the Maldives and Casablanca. Construction for the Andermatt project begins in March, with the hotel slated to open in summer 2027.
