Mast Capital has completed Brickell’s largest mat foundation concrete pour of the year for Cipriani Residences Miami, the first ground-up residential project by Cipriani in North America. Over 16 hours, 11,500 cubic yards of concrete and 2,500 tons of reinforcing steel were used, marking the largest pour on South Miami Avenue. The project, led by Moss Construction, is set to be completed in 2028, with prices starting at $1.7 million and sales handled by Fortune Development Sales.

Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by 1508 London, the 80-story tower will feature 397 residences, including 68 ultra-luxury units and six penthouses in the Canaletto Collection, offering exclusive concierge services, a private speakeasy, and bespoke interiors.

The building will provide residents with over 50,000 square feet of hotel-inspired amenities, including 24/7 Cipriani catering, a fitness center, spa, private dining spaces, a pickleball court, a golf simulator, and à la carte services like pet grooming and luxury transport. Cipriani Residences Miami promises to deliver privacy, elegance, and world-class service to its residents, solidifying its place as a landmark in the Brickell skyline.
