Bentley has revealed a rare Apex Edition Bentayga, delivered to collector Mark King as a matching counterpart to his 2023 Le Mans Collection Continental GT. One of just 20 built by Mulliner, the SUV shares the Verdant green and Moonbeam racing stripe livery from Bentley’s 2003 Le Mans victory, celebrating the marque’s return to the podium in 2023.

Bentley Le Mans Inspired Bentayga Release

Built on the Bentayga S platform, the Apex Edition features a 542 hp 4.0L V8 engine, 0–60 mph in 4.4 seconds, and high-performance upgrades like Bentley Dynamic Ride, rear-wheel steering, carbon wheels, and carbon-ceramic brakes. The interior mirrors its racing inspiration, finished in Beluga hide and Dinamica with Hotspur stitching.

King, a long-time Bentley enthusiast based in Northern Ireland, also owns a Bentayga Speed, Continental GT3-R, and Flying Spur. His Continental GT from the Le Mans Collection includes a rotating display housing a genuine engine valve from the 2003 Speed 8 race car. The new Bentayga completes a personal tribute to Bentley’s racing heritage and craftsmanship.
